The Center for Faculty Diversity and Inclusion (FDI) works collaboratively to cultivate an academic culture of inclusive excellence at UC San Diego, where all can succeed and advance. FDI is a unit of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
NCFDD Membership
UC San Diego is an institutional member of the National Center for Faculty Development and Diversity (NCFDD). NCFDD provides online access to mentoring, tools, and support needed to be successful in the Academy. It focuses on helping academics achieve extraordinary writing and research productivity while maintaining a full and healthy life off campus.
